Suspack Technologies

We started with a field on fire.

Every harvest season, Punjab's skies turn grey. Farmers burn what they cannot use. We asked; what if this waste was actually worth something? It is. And we are building the technology to prove it — at commercial scale, with real numbers, ready to license globally.

"We started with a field on fire and a question: what if this was worth something?
It is. And we are just getting started."

// our_story

Built from first principles.
Rooted in India.

Suspack began with a simple observation. India has one of the world's most abundant renewable resources and burns it every year. Rice straw, 228 million metric tonnes of it, is set on fire in open fields across Punjab and Haryana, simply because there was no economically viable alternative.

We set out to change that. Not with a product but with a platform. Suspack develops proprietary process technology to convert agricultural biomass into high-value regulated materials and clean energy. We then license that technology to operators globally. We do not scale factories. We scale IP.

This journey was built in collaboration with IIT Ropar, IIT Palakkad, CPPRI, and Central University of Punjab Bathinda. Their validation and research support gave Suspack the scientific foundation to move from lab to commercial pilot.

Today Track 1 is live. Our pilot in Bathinda converts rice straw into food-grade molded fiber tableware, certified and PFAS-free, with ₹9Cr in signed demand. Track 2 is validated at TRL 4 at IIT Ropar. Green hydrogen and biochar from the same biomass, simultaneously, from one integrated thermochemical process.

One builds the IP. One takes it to market.

The combination is the moat.

Science. Industry. Scale.
